Professional congress organiser – PCO

As an international PCO, our role is to serve as an adviser, partner and coordinator. We help you as our client with all the practical details before, during and after an event. Thirty years of experience as a PCO has given us great and varied expertise in this field.


Delegate administration
Delegate administration, which forms part of the overall PCO service, is often the most time-consuming element for an organiser – both in the planning phase and during the actual event. We have long experience with this type of assignment, and good routines for administering conference registration and hotel bookings. Our services can include developing registration/booking forms and follow-up of delegates/guest from the moment they register for an event, via arrival/registration, until they settle their bill.


Professional exhibition organiser – PEO
We also have long experience as a PEO. Exhibitions have been a central part of our product ever since our creation in 1981. We coordinate all necessary activities before, during and after such events. One of our responsibilities is technical management of the exhibition side of Offshore Northern Seas (ONS). This biennial conference and exhibition is the largest event in Stavanger, covering 25 000 square metres of gross stand space.
